You're Never Too Old or Too Young to Dream!!! May 4th

“Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord—roll and repose [each care of] your load on Him; trust (lean on, rely on and be confident) also in Him, and He will bring it to pass.” Psa. 37:4-5

Delight = to affect with great pleasure; to please highly; to give or afford high satisfaction of joy.

“to delight in the Lord” = live for Him and make the Kingdom of God [your] primary concern…everything else necessary for life will be given to you as well.

We must make the Lord our heart’s delight; then we shall have our heart’s desire!

What is the desire of the heart of a born again? = to know and to love and live to God, to please Him and to be pleased in Him.

The promise is very sweet -- We commit, He brings it to pass!!!

It is not that we do not have the power; it is that we do NOT use the power
that the Lord has freely given for whatever task He assigns or gives!

Are you in the position God called you? Do you spend your priorities and time on those activities and people which He has appointed for you?

God calls, God equips. If He opens a door of opportunity or places a dream/desire in your heart, He will provide exactly what you need to fulfill that responsibility. God is the Provider of power!

“But those who wait on the Lord will find new strength. They will fly high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint” Isa.40:31

“Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all the we dare ask or think—infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams.” Ephesians 3:20
AND NO AGE LIMITS!!!!

Count it to be so:
“Delight in Him and He will—most definitely—He will give you desires in your heart that He wants you to have. Commit everything to Him and He will bring it to pass.”
in other words: IT IS ALL JESUS!!!

We must make the Lord our heart’s delight! Never give up, pursue the desire/dream that you know He has given! You are never too old, never too young to dream! And for the Lord to use you to make that dream come true!
