There is ONLY ONE way to become a Christian...faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Faith is the means, not the Source of salvation! A believer is made right not merely declared to be right. Circumsion of the heart is what makes us true children of Abraham!
Judaizers and others were leading into inaccurate thinking and doing...Paul warns again that one did not have to become a Jew before becoming a Christan. He gives us an application of SHOWING preference and acting on concern of what others think rather than doing what is right as he discusses Peter's behavior.
Galatians is a great book...hope you will be reading during the week along with your regular daily Bible reading and quiet time with the Lord.
